Ordered a washing machine on 29 Dec 2011 order no 10160353. In the past two month I have sent around one hundred emails and did many phone calls. Today is 25 Feb 2012, stil neither my washing machine nor my refund has arrived.
It is my worst experience for online shopping. Suggested to all online buyers avoid shopping on timtara.com
Further, you can see that there are hundreds of such complains against timtara.com you can find it by searching on Google.
From legal point of view they are following unfair trade practices under the monopolies and restrictive trade practices act 1969 and consumer protection act 1986.
I can go for legal action but I don’t want to go for another mess, at least not for now.
