I am being cheated like other thousands of costumers by this fraud website TIMTARA.COM. These people take money from innocent people with a commitment of delivery within 3 weeks, and even after months they do not respond. Their customtakeouter care is pathetic and always plays taped reply like "we will get back to you shortly" and do not help the customtakeouters. I would request you to please help general public and bring down this fraud website and also help in getting me justice.
I ordered a Samsung galaxy tab2 (P3100) on 23rd September 2012 but still has no sight of it or my refund .On 24th September I got a mail from timtara saying that “your product is awaiting shipment” but still I have not received it.I have been in contact with them through one person named Ritesh(his phone no. is +919716502440 and email id ritesh@timtara.com).He works at timtara and has been assuring me for last 15 days that I will get my product but I am afraid that he is playing fraud with me and thousands of other costumers . Their website is offering heavy discount online which is actually a trap for looting people. They just delay this whole process to earn interest on money collected from their customtakeouters. This has been their modus operandi for last few months. Please shut their website so that they don’t play fraud with other innocent people.
The tone and tenor of their advertisement in the website is so beguiling that educated people like me has been trapped and I want that they are dragged to court of law for this cyber crime.
I shall be thankful to you for getting me justice as a citizen of this country.
