I purchased an LG Microwave oven on 17 APR 12, on about 19490. They did not ship the item that I order for more than a month finally I went to the Cyber Crime Office in Chennai (Cyber crime office will be in every state capital Comm.Off ). I made a compliant about the website by showing order history and payment details. Finally the cyber crime Police accepted my complaint and gave a receipt about my complaint. I came home scanned the copy of the Compliant Receipt and I mailed to the customer care of timtara. The next day morning my order was shipped and I got the product with in 3 days .
So guys, those who still didn’t get the products from timtara just go to Comm.Office and register a complaint on cyber crime, the things will work automatically.
