I have booked few product from Timtara on 6th Feb 2012. Order # 10185717, 10185721.Still not mentioned out of stock, I have not received the product in given time line, after many follow-up. After two month, They informed by word through phone which I made that out of stock. Then I requested to refund the money. Order No:10202235, I have received product which doesn’t match the tech specification mentioned in website. I.e wrong product has been delivered. Still now I haven’t received any response.
Even after many call & mail, Still now I haven’t been refund. I have spend nearly Rs 2000 on call itself. I am also planning to take legal action through consumer court & take compensation for everything. I have paid by credit card, so I will claim with interest on all along with penalty for delay.
