I cancelled my mobile phone order on 11th May because of Mobile was not deliver after 45 days from the date of order. As per mentioned on timtara website payment should be refund after 7 working Days but today is 25 Aug, MORE THAN three months but since 1 month I can’t receive my payment.
I contact to customer care many times but they told me your payment will receive after two-three days and also many time they disconnect calls.They talk me like this since 50 days. I am very tired to call customer care. I dont want to take more time for cash back. So please Refund my money as early as possible
