Worst service at Timtara

Please do not buy any product from Timtara site.  My experience with the site is very bad. Usually any online site delivers orders with in a week maximum with in 10 days in case of delay.


But with Timtara their default delivery time is "3 weeks". I did n’t know before ordering my product. I have seen several complaints on net that, so many orders were not delivered after 1 month also. Lets say there is some problem. But when you complain about the delay at least a kind of followup should be done. There is no follow up even after 1 week that you raised your complaint to the customer care and also on the web in their complaints column. This is beyond worst.


About customer care: You will never see such aggressiveness in any costumer care centers. They will never forward calls to their higher level person. Always they will say "They are in a meeting or they are busy addressing other calls". Not for once or twice, whenever you call, its the same response. If you were kept on hold, you will have to wait ages but they will not turn back. Again very bad service.


There is no timely delivery, there is no care about customer complaints. There is no follow up or no feedback received, very bad customer care service. With this kind of inconsistencies I dont think Timtara should be still allowed to sell products online. Timtara should be banned!


All together a big NO to Timtara.!
