I ordered one Samsung Galaxy Note N7000 Mobile Phone and made the payment of Rs. 30099 through Credit Card on 18th Jan ’12 vide Order# 10172723. I received a call from Shivali Rawat on 21st Jan’12 asking for my credit card details and account statement which I refused due to security reasons. On contacting their Customer care department, I was told that this not a mandatory requirement and my order would be completed within in the mentioned time span of upto 10 working days. When the status of the order did not change, I asked for the order to be cancelled on 28 Jan’12.
However, the repeated calls to the customer care number go unattended or the response has been standard that process would be initiated with in upto 48 hours. It has been over 12 days (the website claims to settle the refund in 7 working days for credit card transactions). We have made several calls to the customer care, and written several mails; still, the status of the cancellation/refund would be initiated in 24-48 hours.
This is a fraudulent website trying to capture your confidential information. They neither ship the product nor provide the refund.
