I had ordered one Samsung led on 27th April’12 through timtara, a sum of Rs.24, 440.00 was paid by me and was told that the same would be delivered within 10 working days.
I had to virtually call them from 11th day till yesterday to refund my amount which was paid 2 and half months earlier. I was not given any reply by them. Everytime when I used to call them they would say that the money will be refunded within 7 working days. I don’t know what timtara mean by 7 working days.
I am really fed up with their service and strongly recommend that please do not deal with timtara else your money will be blocked for ever.
