I had a very bitter experience with Timtara.They are shameless fellows.I waited , waited and waited for long to get my product(philips shaver).
Trust me I called them everyday for 4 to 5 times , they regularly told me that my order will be shipped soon.mamta and there another woman they gave different answers about the status of my order.one told me that my product is already shipped, other one sais that my product will be shipped tomoroow.both are liers.and at last I got the shaver after a huge delay, but my product I got is different one which I did not order for.But the bill sent to me was for the product I ordered(which means that I cannot use that bill for warranty purposes).also the shaver I got didn’t look like a new one at all..please dont purchase from them, else u ll feel helpless and harrased.
