I placed an order for Sony Ericson Xperia Pro in Timtara.com on 4/7/2012. But Even After 14 days my order status is Awaiting Shipment. When I try to contact customer care through phone the call did not get connected.After so many tries the call got connected and the representative said the problem is with back end department ( He Repeated the same status which is posted in website).He said he will log a complaint against it ( for previous complaint itself I didnt get any reply). Since there is no reply for my mails too I had send a letter to Timtaras M.D regarding this.
Timtara at least respond to customer questions so that they can understand if any problem in shipment. Dont make any false promises and dont play with customers hard earned money.
