The Best in worst e-commerce sites!!!

I have ordered a nikkon lens on 10th June 2012 # 10269502. Till now the product has not yet shipped. Everytime I call them they will tell back-end team is working on your complaint. These people will say that 24 working hrs to resolve a complaint. I have raised a complaint on 25th June, till now I dint got any reply, still they will tell 24 working hrs(24 working hrs means 3 days in their terms).  God knows when I’ll get the product. For cancellation of product also I need to send a mail, they will respond in another 3 working days it seems.


@CEO of Timtara: If you have guts and want to prove your company as best, then send my product in another 10 days. I’ll post a good review again on this website about your TIMTARA. You dont post the fake comments on this site and make urself as cheap, Everyone knows abt the reviews you ppl are posting.
