Timtara should be Blocked!
No new orders should be allowed to be taken till they complete the existing orders up to the satisfaction of the customers.
They attract innocent online shoppers by advertising 20% discounts. The orders never come once the payments are made. They don’t have a COD option which shows that they just want consumers to spend money then spend their time tracking orders on their useless website.
The awaiting shipment status never changes. The telephone support reps are helpless cause they are told to only reply with "Your order will arrive shorty" I did a mistake of not checking the reviews before my purchase however future online shoppers PLEASE do not get lured in to the discount trap laid out by Timtara.com. its not worth it.
Please read the reviews posted on online forums before making a purchase as there in no buyer protection in India.
Since it’s online you can’t visit the store and fight.
Best option is to go in for websites that offer COD. I feel that’s the safest bet for online shopping.
