Timtara is the worst e-commerce Indian portal. I have placed an 6-Dec-12 for a Timex watch my Order #10364160. As stated it was supposed to be delivered in 3 weeks. I wanted to gift it to my wife on new year eve. Though on 2nd Jan-13 the status of my order was "Awaiting shipment".
On 2nd Jan, I called up & cancelled the order. Service request SR-62564, I was told the with 48 hrs my order will be cancelled & with 7 days I will get my refund. Till today the status of order is not showing as cancelled, forget about the refund.
It’s the most unprofessional organisation I have dealt with till today.
I repent on my decision not to go through mouth-shut’s review before placing the order.
