I live in Canada, and I used Anjali Tinysurprise’s service for this year’s valentines day (2014).
I wanted to deliver a special gift to my girlfriend in India (something that is both useful and had a personal touch). So I decided to send her a personalized handwritten letter using their ’Gift in a bottle’ concept, and asked them to deliver it along with another gift that I separately ordered from Flipkart.
I was really satisfied with their service. They responded well to emails, coordinated well and facilitated the delivery on time. They delivered it right at 12 am of the valentine’s day, even though I never explicitly asked them to do so.
I think, they showed special interest and enthusiasm in delivering what I asked for, rather than just taking it as a courier/delivery work. And I think that definitely makes them stand out from the crowd.
On the ’can be improved’ side, the only thing I can think of is that the bottle they used for their ’Gift in a bottle’ product was not rich or classy looking (apparently me and my girlfriend thought it looked less romantic).
Overall I am satisfied with their service, and I would definitely consider their service in the future.
