I was very impressed by there sites and collection of earphones.
They do sell authentic but most of the "Rare" brands they sell either have no warranty or offer dull service mostly in India and earphones completely washes their hands and responsibilities after selling product to you.
It is impossible to chasing behind company which only sells and manufacturing in china, UK, only with 3rd party company to deal with services in India.
There third party mostly have pathetic services with a single outlet say in Delhi and Mumbai.
Earphones itself will not help you in any way other than giving your contact to 3rd party.
