Gym workout for atheles ( leg day).

If you are an athletes you go to track& field daily and do work out daily. For increase your performance and making leg muscles more powerfull so here are some workout to enhance your overall athleticism.


You have to work out 3 days a week in gym for legs.


#1. Launges - 3set - ( 8reps on each leg) .


This exercise help in extension of hip flexor muscles. Which make your each stride long , controlled and balances the power of both legs.


#2.front squard ( my people favourite) -


This is really complex and hardest exercise to do this fix the body imbalances ( upper body mass and lower body mass) . Best for athletes.


#3.dead lift- it make strong gluteus so you can cycle fast while running.


Do not do deadlift and squards during in season may make you slower it damage the fast twitch muscle to grow stronger and during this change you feel slower.
