Hey guys now that I tell you some benifits of gym workout
Guys im 18 year old guy
I started some common excercise about 1 year ago till now
Now I noticed that how beatifully my body is chaged
No equipments requard
Just start with push-Ups
If you want to lose yor far then you do when you wake up( Before 9 AM)
AND if u gain your muscles and gain weight then do workout in evening
And when you complete your all work out eat some heavy protin food like Edd chicken or milk
Start your pushups with 10 reps into 4 reps
make sure you doing right form of pushups .
