Today we have lots of educational institutes and we have no crises in that matter but we are suffering a lots of crises in our educational system and way of teaching .in many collages the teachers are aware to give notes to students hence students are buying guides, question banks e.t.c but the institute is not so aware for costing high fees there are only few collages that gives notes to the students and a good explanation .there are lots of private institutes when compare to government institutes but there is no difference in the way of education in both the institutions parents are joining there children in private collages only to show there prestige and level in the society but they are not concentrated in the teaching and faculty matters the institutions also not concentrated on students but they have eyes in money that is donations and fees Today also our india following the education system which was introduced by LORD MACUMILY who created the education system only with an intention to provide employment to british officials, clerks, and heads but we are not intrested in that matters that’s why out school, collage heads are showing intrest toward their benifits insted of students welfair . hence indian education not aimed at the student good future that’s why our india is in the form of DEVELOPING COUNTRY but not in the list of DEVELOPED COUNTRY*CHANGES THAT SHOULD TAKE PLACE IN EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM:=
1)FREE OF COST OF EDUCATION TO ALL. IRRESPECTIVE OF THEIR CASTE, CREED E.T.C
2)GOOD AND EXPRIENCED FACULTY AND CHANGE IN INFRASTRUCTURE
3)A POSITIVE CHANGE IN PARENTS, STUDENTS AND SOCIETY
4)POOR IN EDUCATION MATTER STUDENTS ARE CONCENTRATED MORE
5)SPECIAL TUTIONS WHEN EXAMS ARE HELD
6)GIVING TIPS FOR EASY UNDERSTANDING AND TO LEARNING
7)THERE SHOULD BE MUTUAL RELATION BETWEEN FACULTY AND STUDENTS
8)PRESSURING FOR UNDERSTANDING NOT FOR REMEMBERING By following methord’s we can get an effective positive change in our educational system and I can surely say that india can changed into world’s best teaching country @THANKS FOR READING@
