This app is free on play store. And is a really nice app for maintaining fitness.
There are four options in this app :
Full body workout
Chest workout
Shoulders and bak workout
Legs workout
In in 1st option full body workout it is a one month series of different workouts for all the parts of your body.
Than in all the three option left there are 3 more options in each, i.e. workout for beginners, workout for intermediate, workout for advance.
In all the options provided there are number of different excercises.
As you start by clicking it you will observe a voice command guiding you and thats the best thing about the app.
Moreover if you cannot understand how to attempt the excercise by animations provided you can watch the video by clicking on the videp icon provided on each excercises.
Also it records how much calories did you burn after doing the excercise.
You can even set a goal of your choice in this app.
This app is incredibly good for fitness.
