In today’s world technology is grown so much that everything we do online that is online shopping, online transaction, online earning, online surfing based on any particular topic, online admission and online applying jobs. In one way online has become a very necessary of our daily life, at the same time we have to be aware of scam sites and hackers. As soon as we complete our graduation we start searching for job and the first thing that we think about is online searching and applying job. Some of the precautionary methods or tips I would mention for freshers which will help for them to take their decision.
1) Register for sites which offer free job search, Never pay any registration fees or one time fee for any site.
2) When registering in free job search sites give only basic information which is required for job searching or for applying a job.
3) Once when you search a company which suits your profile then before you apply that company have telephonic talk with that company and be sure of the vacancy that is mentioned online.
4) Confirm the address that is mentioned in the site for the company that you have applied and also check out the reviews online about that company.
5) Its better if you get a chance to talk to one of the senior employer of that company.
6) Suppose if you get an offer letter from any company that you have applied online then before going to interview have hard copy of the offer letter that is print out of the offer letter or take a snap in your cell for better purpose.
7) Inform all the details about the company and about the offer letter that your are going for the interview to your family or to close friends to whom you can trust.
8) Never reveal your online information to the company nor to any body who gives a call naming as a employer of that company. Give only basic information which is necessary for that job post.
9) Suppose the company that you have applied is far from your stay then its better you accompany with any body whom you trust.
10) If you have applied job out of country then before applying cross check with that company if any of your relative is staying near to that place.
11) Before you leave the country by accepting their offer letter be sure with your stay, food and basic necessary things which you require daily.
12) Always have a offer letter extra copy and give it to your parents one copy so that they will be knowing about your stay and the company that your going for an interview.
13) Never reveal any of your online details to unknown person.
14) Before you leave the country carry some food beverages which don’t spoil very fast.
15) Never give your original certificates to any company at the time of job nor at the time of applying the job. Original certificates is issued only for cross verification then and there. No company will ask to submit the original certification submission in case if so then ask for an acknowledgement about submission of your original certificates.
16) Keep your resume precise and all basic information which a employer requires.
15) When your out of country always have some extra currency.
