Price point: when we buy the smartphones we select some budget to buy like 15000-20000, and when needed we also stretch the price. But, one thing I gonna tell you that you should never stretch the price because you will never use the phones more than 1 and half month or above. In this 1 and half monthe there can be many changes in the smartphones like some more features, ram, software etc. Then you will not able to purchase it because you already purchased it very expensive. So not to stretch the budget while buying phone.
Screen size: you should first see the screen size. There are various sizes of screens available in the phone like 6, 5.5, 5.1, 5, 4.7, 4 inch. If you keep your mobile in pocket then 5.5 inch is the best one or if you love to type with one hand than you should go with 5 inch as the screen size is small and it can be easily managed in hand.
Screen resolution: If you wor outdoor too much and sun ray are so high then you must take full HD screen or Quard screen because it gives good brightness while you are working under the sun. You must check the screen resolution first while buying any phone as it should not damage our eyesight.
Processor: There are various processors available in the market like snapdragon 835, 821, 820, 810, 805. It should be not like that you always go for the latest one, you can also buy a phone with 820 processor its also a good one and it will be performing various task, playing games. They can handle the multiple processes. But you should know one thing that the processor should not be very old, lets say that, it should be not be launch less than one year or more than you should not prefer those processor. Then, you must ho for the latest processor which are high end.
4G VOLTE: If you do much calling then you must check the VOLTE is their in phone because today we use jio, idea, vodafone etc. And then say that jio is not working. So before buying you must check the VOLTE. Most important thing if their is VOLTE also you must check the frequency which supports the mobile, if like you travel to outside city or anywhere. For eg oneplus5 supports 32 frequency that works all over world. 800Mhz 900mHz 1800mHz etc. If you go anywhere first cross check your telecom frequency of that place is supportable in the phone or not.
Camera: most important in smartphones. Every brands are working more over the camera to improve. If you see that the more megapixel the camera will be best but its wrong its not like that. If your camera is 8mp or 6mp then also there is no problem but, the Aparture of the camera how much it will be less it will give best and good light results. There are various Aparture available on various phones like f/1.4, f/2, f/2.8, f/4, f/5.6, f/8, f/11, f/16. You first test the camera and read the reviews before you buy the phone.
Battery: The most important thing on every phone. Today we operate our phone 4-5 hours a day or more. The battery should be 3300 mAh or more but not less than that because if the battery is 2500mAh and you are a moderate user than also the battery will not survive for a day. Before you buy you should check the battery and it should be more than 3300mAh.
Music: If you listen more music with earphones than there should be 3.5mm audio jack in it or if you listen music on speakers or do more video calling then there should be stereo speakers not mono speakers.
Service centres: if there are no service centers and your phone got damage or need servicing then you have to throw that phone. So keep one thing in mind before buying phone that service centre should be in the city or nearby. If the centre is 50-100 km far then their is no use of buying that particualr brand phones. I do not suggest that.
Storage: Today there are single and dual hybrid sim slots are available in the phone. If you use dual sim phone then you must be sure that the phone you use must be with 32GB internal memory. If the memory of the phone gets full then you have to take out 1 sim and insert memory card. If the internal memory is of 16 GB then you should not buy because 5-6 GB of storage is coveres by processor, apps etc.
RAM: phone should have the RAM of more than 2 GB but not less than that. Today we see that while working with phone sometimes the phone starts hanging and some of the apps not opens quickly. Its because of the load on the RAM makes the processor slow and the apps don’t works properly. So I suggest you to check the RAM of the mobile and it should be more than 2GB before buying it.
