I was just browsing for real estate in chennai and one of my friend pointed out to a site and just like in US, I happen to see a site which gives map based search for real estates property https://indiarealestatemap.com.Too cool man.Its really fantastic.I can see where exactly I want a property and its proximity areas. Both google and yahoo maps are there. Adding a property is also possible. I could exactly see my property location.wow. cool. But I dont see anybody online in a chat interface. Probably this might be new one I guess.
Apart from maps, I saw some text based search as well.I could see the number of listing available in each type. Searching properties in a place is becoming more and more comfortable.Please share if you happen to see such map based interface for India real estate. this could make search easier.
