I and my other 4 friends have booked plots at Tadur Village, Jangamakote, Kolar. The bookings were done with 30% of amount before more than 2 years.
The marketing manager of Aipro County kept telling us that they would register the lands in our name but finally it didnt happen. Recently we have found that the complete project that they were supposed to give us are not even registered in their name and they have sold it to us.
When we asked them to return our money they are giving some other fake offers and not returning our money. We are planning to reach our Consumer court. please write about them anyone else is facing similar problem.
