Very first thing to meet the first buyer personally
Do check every part and what parts you should check I will tell and also from where u could buy good second hand products
In parts just get a trusted machanic who you can take whenever you are going to buy a bike let him inspect the bike proper or if you don’t have that machanic then check it yourself
Check pluck of the bike the lore pluck carbonated the lesser bike has get service and the more the bike us used is drived
Check the tyers is the tyers are totally flat I mean the old tyre how old tyre looks just see inspect the tyre is they are so much old becayse old tyer mean the bike used hardly like in stunts or anything
Now where to buy these second hand products you can buy from anywhere but I would personally suggest either olx ot quikr I my self had buyed bike the these site they offer you to meet the first buyer so that you can understand ans see yourself which type of person was using this bike
Ypu can also buy from machanic retailers of second hand bikes but they put there own commission on it which may cost you more than the actual price of the bike
