I Bought my second car FordFigo in March -2012, along with them I got Good Year Tyres and I am really surprised to know that my tyres have gone out of shape and I hardly ran 20000 KM.
compared to my first car Maruti where I got the tyres for 60 K here tyres are worn out and completely shapened out, Now neither the car wants to take the responsibility nor the tyre company. Ideally car tyres are given 5 yrs warranty as shown in website( https://goodyear.co.in/) .
with my experience I am not recommending Ford figo service and also good year tyres .
I again raised a complaint with good year for again raising my voice and need to see if they would help me
