The Power Of Parents

Childhood obesity is now an ever growing issue of our generation. Our kids are turning obese and we are not able to do much about it. Mostly due to the prevalence of many unhealthy lifestyle choices, we are losing our next generation into an oblivion of health issues. I know this because I have seen childhood obesity from a very close point. It lowers the very enthusiasm level of the kids and make them non active. The primary reason for this would be, these days kids are always found glued to mobile screens and television and they are less interested in going for any outdoor game. This makes them have less or no physical activity at all. Moreover, the increasing popularity of junk food is another degrading factor for children. I am a health enthusiast and so I thought of doing a little study on childhood obesity. Basically to reduce the rate of obesity among our children, we got to change their unhealthy lifestyle. If you’d ask me, the basic tips to overcome childhood obesity would be-


1)Making diets that cover all the nutritional requirements of the child


2)Giving them healthier replacements for their junk foods


3)Outlining a lifestyle that include outdoor activities for the kids


Giving our kids a few healthy drinks won’t work. What they need is a change in the way that they have been living, which can work wonders for their obesity issues.
