These few tips are entirely based upon my own experience at various platforms of content writing. You can refer these as I have tried my best to make an outcome from an experience.
SELECTION OF TOPIC:
It is highly advisable that one should be almost perfect with its topic selection.
It is always better to choose such topics in which you have an expertise or at least you are very well aware of those inputs.
You may have a hobby like drawing, painting, music etc, that is very much fine, but making them as your major selection is not a task what should be considered at first, provided you are an expert in explaining those.
VOCABULARY:
A unique, elegant inputs from a good vocabulary collection will play a major significant role in promoting quality of your content.
But, be sure from your end, there should be an appropriate selection of words, which are known to you at first, and such activity should be done in a limited manner.
GRAMMAR:
This is one of the key factor to make a consideration in viewer’s or readers mind.
If you are not using proper grammar, you take it for sure that your content will never going to be an appreciated one despite of great inputs of other fancy words.
To make an almost good grammar you can use tools like Google Grammarly( its an extension which will automatically detect wrong grammar and position of your words)
CHECK PLAGIARISM:
By using a website like https://smallseotools.com, you can check Plagiarism for your content(it should be more than 80% unique).
You can search for other websites also for same purpose in Google Search box.
AVOID REPETITION OF WORDS:
They are usually referred as KEYWORDS, such words should not be repeated in a particular article again and again.
You can have maximum of four percent of same keyword in total number of words of your content( Article).
For example: If you are writing an Article of 100 words on Digital Marketing, then word like DIGITAL or MARKETING shouldn’t get repeated more than 4 times in that same article.
Repetition will decrease your ranking in GOOGLE SEARCH.
There are tools available on web, where you can chase for repetition of keywords in your content.
SUPPORTIVE ELEMENTS:
Hereby I am referring to inputs like Images, videos, GIFs etc in your article or content.
Be sure that such elements should be in concern to your topic or you can say they are relevant.
Attaching or embedding such things into your content will make a good impact of viewers or readers.
On other side, you should avoid excess input of such elements.
TITLE, HEADING, SUB-HEADINGS:
If you are going to follow a proper Formatting for your content by placing an Impressive Title, Headings, Sub-Headings or you can say that content is being displayed in points or in lists, than it will be easier for readers to access its core information.
DISPLAY:
It is as important as your content topic, if you are using heavy fonts, dark backgrounds with irregular contrast then you are inviting distraction for your readers.
Try to use simple fonts and simple light background which should be giving a descent look for your content leading to easy understanding of the information provided.
SIMPLICITY:
It is actually a summary of what I have already mentioned in above topics, simplicity is in concern with an essence of your content in terms of Displaying features, Type of language used, Type of extra elements included and many more.
