I got sms on 15-09-2011, that my CPP policy is activated. but I could not get welcome kit till now. in this case I spoke to CPP executive on 01 oct 2011, and asked him to send welcome kit, he replayed, that the kit was sent through "expressit courier" but I could not get, Hope I think also the expressit courier also too bad services at our location, Beacuse I could not get any call / any represent come to my home from expressit courier. But the welcome kit is return back. the CPP executives told me that now they want to send through blue dart.
But I could not get my kit. so Again I have called tp CPP executive "Mr. sunilarya" on 15 oct 11, and told him all the above things and he said also the same. again same Issue abd again I spoke with mr. Vishnu" on 27-10-11. He is also mentioned the same things and he assured me that the kit should be reach me on 02-11-2011.
Again now the same Issue. till now I could not get welcome kit. I have faced these type of issues with CPP.
Hope I think the worst service is CPP. Because even through it was could not send the welcome kit to there customers then how can it working?
