Exams are a part and parcel of every day life. It might be in form of different subjects for students or might be in part of challenges faced by a professional at job. ’’Hardwork is a key to success’’ everyone knows. This establishes the fact that hardwork and good preparations are must for performing well in the examination. But this is not sufficient. There is still 10% more which must be achieved to come out with flying colours.
I would analyse the conditions in three parts:-
- Pre-Exam condition:- Have confidence in your self. For days together you have been preparing for this day, you have pumped lots of energy and sacrificed a lot to perform well. Consider exam as the harvest day. You are going to reap for your hardwork. Prepare your self inline with the paperstyle to be followed and have a good night sleep, rest well, organize your revisions and if possible try to have a small nap before your exams. Refresh your self and try to reach your exam spot atleast before 1 hour. Yes the night before examinations try to organize your stationary and keep atleast 2 to 3 pen and pencils extra. Yes, I do believe in God. Try to spend if possible a small time with your GOD and start concentrating and relaxing.
2. Exam hall:- Yes you are in the hall, let the paper come believe me it will be fun to answer all the questions. Yes it might happen you may not get answers to some questions. ’’DO NOT WORRY’’ it is bound to happen that is the reason you are human else would be in GOD’s place. Relax there are lot many questions ahead try to answer them do not waste your time brooding over the question in which you are bemused. Those difficult questions may be of hardly 1 or 2 mark and would not be worth spending much time on those question. Yes, mark those questions on question paper and try to attempt them at last. Believe me, friends once you are through your paper you will get a unknown confidence which will help in getting answers to your difficult questions.
3.Post Exams:-After exams are over it becomes habit and is a human curiosity to discuss paper with others. Friends I plead not to do that it is the most damaging thing I would highlight. I learnt this by a bitter experience in my 2nd year engineering. Get detached by that paper now nothing is in your hand once paper is submitted. WHy to even think of it ?, run out of your exam hall and try to reach home with a cool mind, preparing for your 2nd one day game. Enter home and keep your paper in lock and key. IT is a human temptation to see how many marks he or she will get and write it on a question paper. AVOID IT STRICTLY. Prepare for your second day exam. After all exams are over, calmly see your question paper if you have a desire or leave every thing as cinema hall tickets / friend circle is waiting for you. Have faith in your hardwork and yes GOD too.
After few days you see you stood first in class. You explore word ’’EXAM’’ is unneccary given more importance and hyped by every one. It is nothing but just one of those usual days when you need to study a bit more with some extra concentration.
