tip no. 1 when ur wakeup early morning u must wash your eyes with cold water and take some water into mouth n lightly press into upper portion of mouth for some seconds.
tip no. 2 From the acupressure teq. press middle portion of first finger and second finger its called eye point for some second. its really works
tip no. 3 use daily pranayam like kumbhak rechak, nadi shudhikaran etc for 15 minutes its very usefull to remedies the eyes
tip no. 4 Always wear sunglasses when you travel
tip no.5 do not any type of dhyan like tratakk it is harmfull for eyes when persons has eye number
