Eyes are very important part of our body .it is horrible just to assume that how would we feel if suddenly we lose our eyes or suddenly everything gets blackout in front of eyes . It is important for us to take care of our precious eyes and here are some tips on eye care:
) The first thing for us to know is the value of sleeping . Sleeping on time is important for our body and eyes .proper sleep gives rest to our body and relaxation to our eyes which is neceesary for our eyes.
) A regular checkup will be a good idea to maintain care of eyes .
) Consume foods which are good for eyes like oily fish , eggs , green leafy vegetables , and protien rich foods,
) Add nuts to your daily diet .
) Wear comfortable spects as per requirements.
