Following are some tips on eating/cooking habits we have acquired on daily basis, and still we do not know much whether they are safe or not:
1) DO NOT use Aluminium foil to pack any cooked food especially breads & chapatti, its very dangerous for health.Research on aluminium foil for packing food for long hrs have proved aluminium foil as "not good" choice.Its better to replace it with Paper Napkin/Cloth napkin.
2) While travelling do not keep plastic water bottle in sunlight inside the car, even that has been proved dangerous to health.
3) Avoid plastic utensils as much as possible.
4) Use bronze/copper jugs at home for water, that is really healthy.
5) Never prepare lemon water in bronze utensil, that can cause FOOD POISONING as BRONZE REACTS WITH CITRIC ACID, one can even DIE!
6) Buy only packed food items, in case of snacks like namkeen/chips etc.
7) Check expiry date of the product before buying it, many people ignore this and are food poisoned.
8) Do not consume tea/coffee with empty stomach, especially in morning, it directly affects your digestive system.
9) Try not to re-cook meal in left-over oil for frying, that will prevent you from bad cholesterol!
