These are some tips on food safety-
1)you should not eat junk or fast food daily, it will effect your body.
2)always wash your hand with hot soapy water for at least 20 seconds after or before handing food.
3)cook food to proper internal temperature.
4)at least once a week throw out refrigerate food that should no longer to be eaten, cooked leftover should be discarded w\after 4 days.
5)clean inside and outsides of the appliances which re used in cooking.
6)rinse fresh vegetables and fruits under running water before eating, cutting or cooking.
