Eat safely and be healthy

Safety matters everywhere whether it is on road and in food.  Wash your hands properly before eating food, also use sanitation to get rid of the germs. If you don’t wash your hands properly and eat the food with dirty hands, then you are yourself giving invitation to many diseases. As it is well said that precaution is much better than cure.  So be careful, while eating and make healthy eating habits. Don’t eat junk food too much because the junk food contains spices and other fatty materials,  so they can expose you to a lot of diseases like indigestion,  obesity, diarrhea, etc. Also you can become a victim of food poisoning is very dangerous. As the sweets which we shop from the sweets maker are not prepared and stored in hygienic conditions, as it is placed in open and there it becomes diet for flies etc. So by eating them, you can fall ill. Many people take food poisoning lightly, but it may cause serious problems.
