Hello friends, everybody wants pimple free skin.but due to lifestyle they are unable get it.friends first you should know that pimples are caused due to following reasons- hormonal changes, eating junk food, lack of water intake, not keeping your stomach healthy, over heating of your body by overeating, lack of exercise.these are the prominent reasons.


So here are the tips which you can make it your habit- avoid junk food of ferries and restaurant as much as possible, instead you can make them at your home and eat them if you can.try to eat food which is made at your home.no need to avoid ghee, oil etc.you should have to take 10-12 glasses of water.drinking 2-3 glass of water on empty stomach is must.wash your skin before going to bed with face wash and should use moisturizer.taking water will maintain your body temperature.do exercise regularly preferably yoga or cardiovascular exercise.


So these habits are very easy you can take.you will see results as soon as you take it.if problem is severe.please consult doctor.thank you
