Giving interviews and clearing is not that hard if you follow basic tips and guidelines. It solely depends on the way you take things into consideration.
Tips to be followed according to me:
1) Be enthusiastic for the interview: You won’t get the second chance to make your first impression. It is always said that your first impression is your last impression. So try build your first impression .
2) Do your homework: Research every possible thing about that company. Be prepared for any question. You should never say that sir I am not prepared for it.
3)Outline your areas: You should know for what position you have applied and what could be expected things from you. Be prepared with that.
4) Be positive.: You should be confident enough to answer questions. If you stand nervous, your entire interview will be spoiled. Your mind state should be normal. You should try getting out of nervousness as soon as possible.
5) Remember that you should always expect the unexpected.: You should be well prepared for any questions mentally. Interviewer can ask any tricky question. So you have to take things positively and thunk on it.
6) Remeber your manners.: No matter whatever question he ask, you have to answer politely and make him assured that you know things and you are well aware of handling situations.
7) Remeber your body language.: During the interview, do not fold your arms and lean back or look to the floor! Sit upright and try to maintain good eye contact. Use your hands and lean forward when making a point. Many people cannot think and control their body language at the same time .
8) Develop rapport: Show energy, a sense of humour and smile.
