Take dal in your meal

Balance diet is the need of healthy body. In balance diet always take dal, dal has its own characters. Dal is very useful for balnce diet, it contain less fat and give energy that is very useful. Balance diet should contain every nutrients that our body requires. So witg dal it should also contain chappatis rice sabzi and salad.
