1.Go to exercise daily it wil boost you.

3.Take lemon juice with water helps to prevent obesity.

4.Take suryanamaskar it helps to remove all body streched.

5.Take a fast in once a weekly it will increase your immune system.

6.Spent time with your family it helps you forget your all problems.
