Importance of balanced diet

Have u ever thought about it that why is it important to maintain a balanced diet or what if I asked that what is the actual meaning of balanced diet . balanced diet is the system and schedule of diet with choices of food & beverage consumption according to the health conditions which will give benefits to the health .


consumption of food rich in protiens, vitamins, iron, calcium will help to boost immunity and power in body and with the help of proper balanced diet you will be able to fight from sickness and diseases. many health issues are occured due to improper health diet and unfixed timing of food consumption.


some of the causes are as follows:


increase in body weight due to fatin body.


high blood pressure due to oil and spice in food .


low immunity power which cause sickness .


lac of sleep


lac of minerals in body .
