How to resite HEALTHY LIFE---

HEYYYY. guys I will acknowledge you aboutHEALTH Health is wealth. A healthy person will always achive sucess. Health is an important factor afterall we all want to be healthy and fit. Everyone should have proper diet, like fruits vegetables proper vitamins minerals etc. we should have 6- 8 glass of water daily


.everyone wants to lead a healthy life but most of the people are unfit, if you really want to get fit and healthy then follow my personal experience


Exercise daily- exercise daily for atleast an hour, go on a walk at a brisk pace for an hour, do a higher level intensity workout,


stay hydrated stretch and eat food with a decent amount of protein after each workout


Check your BMI- use BMI calculator to check your bodyweight


Eat a balance diet- our body realise on a variety of nutrients to work properly, take proper vitamin and minerals and eat fruits


Limit junk food- we live in a society where we are surrounded by junk food so be alert don’t eat junk food avoid it


EAT gud and live gud and


keep your self healthy and wise. have a gud day.
