We all know that health is wealth, but we do not get any time for our health culture in our busy life. Evey man is busy his/her own life and they want to improve his/her own body fitness but they have no time. I am a boxer and I improve myself within 1 year so I give some effectives tips for every one and also women can follow this.1. First of all change daily routine, remember early to bed and early to rise.2. Do not use mobile and laptops at night when you are going to sleep. That effects on eyes and reduced memory power.3. Wakeup at 5: 30 am and do cardio exersise and yoga for 30 min, 4. Take low carbs and high protine foods in breakfast.5. Do not consume junk and oily food. It must increase your fat level and reduced BMR rate.6. Always try to consume fresh vagetables and fruits.7. Avoid to use tobaco and smoking, it may causes csncer and other deases.8. Always try to take protine foods like egg, milk etc.9. Keeps always energitic and joyfull. Always keep mild smile on face.10.
