Be fit and fine

Hello guys, Today I am going to tell you that we got our life once only so we have to live this life enjoyable and happy.Sometimes we got ill and we sleep and take rest in bed for a week or for a month so we dont spend our time with our friend or relatives.So thats why we have to be alert toward our health.Here are 5 tips given-


1) -Most important thing eat more balanced diet food no take junk food if you want to eat fast food you can eat 1 or 2 times in a month


2) -Morning walk


3) -Clean your body as well as your surrounding everyday


4) -Play outdoor game everyday


5) -Other physical activities like-


Cycling, Running, Swimming, Rope Jump and etc.


If you follow all these tips you always remain fit and healthy as well as there is no chance of illness.


And try to be fit and fine always.
