Hello ladies and gentleman toady im going to talk about health and fitness. In a developing country like India there are many people who dont have proper knowledge about health and fitness. There are many unfortunate people who are suffering from many health problems like diabetes, obesity etc. Now im not going to talk about diseases like cancer HIV etc Im only going to talk about common health problems faced by many people .Now getting to point health is mainly depended upon your nutrition, exercise, rest, and the environment you live in. If you have a proper nutrition you are eating healthy food rich in micronutrients like proteins carbs and good fats .For a normal Adult the daily protein intake should be around 1 grams/kg( for e.g. if your weight is 65kg you should eat atleast 65-70grams of proteins) . If you eat a balanced diet and avoid eating excess of junk food there will be no problems with your health.Along with nutrition you should also consider exercising atleast 2-3 times a week. A 15 minutes of cardio ( like running, cycling, rope skipping, etc) And a little bit of strength training ( like lifting weights or isolation exercise) is enough. A little bit of exercise Will help you to lead a happy and confident lifestyle.Now talking about environment, the environment you live in also contributes to your health. If you are living in metropolitan cities like Mumbai and Delhi tere is a lot of pollution which can affect your health if you have breathing problems consider wearing a mask while travelling in polluted regions.Everyone is different from one another so the review is in general for average person. If you experiencing certain issues please visit a doctor a monthly checkup is also necessary. Do not follow any fad diets if you want to loose weight or gain weight please consult a nutritionist.
