Guys as we all know health is very important for all of us we have heared that if wealth is lost nothing is lost but if health is lost everything is lost. for happy sucessfull life one should be healthy .
we should understand that healthy means not having big heavy muscle or being too bulky fat.
healthy means one should have proper diet and a corrct body structyre both internally and externally.
so my dear friends I want to give some tips for good health these tips I have been following some of them and I have found very effective one so friends if possible try to follow some of this.
so here are the points
- never miss breakfast have good amount of healthy braekfast
2.drink more water it is the best way for smooth functioning of our organ system
exercising regurlarly and if possible take small walk regularly helps in making us fit.
avoide Fat and oily food as it increases cholestorel in our body
5 a balanced diet having all nutrients demand of the body must be planed properly and use it
- consumption of alcohol should be reduced over consumption creates problem for both family as well as our body
7.consume suitable amount of Wine it helps us to fight against any heart disease almost 68% .
Have a good tight sleep of at least 7-8 hours can do wonders for your health.
consume less coffine contain product it cause insomnia and many other problems.
take green vegetables
