For loosing weight do cardio along with strength training .It will give you loads of benifits

Or you can also walk , jog
1.Always try walking up early in the morning .
Do at least 30 mins of exercise .It may include streching , yoga or strength training
2.Next dont forget to drink warm water with honey and lemon .
3.After 2 hours do your breakfast.
Every time you eat try counting till 32 and then swallow the food.
4.Always try to remain active all day long
5.Dont sleep at noon time.It only tends to make you lazy
6.Tame a pet, you will have to work after it, that makes you burn calories sooner
7.Remove three white things from your good as soon as possible
1.All purpose flour
2 Sugar
3.Salt
