Tips for weight loss for healthy life

Hello friends, today I want to give some tips for all those who want lose their weight or want to get in shape. I personally tried those tips and its gives me unbelievable result. I used to be an overweight for couples of year and its not a good feeling because anything above their limits makes other things worst like due to overweight I cant even run for long or cant wear clothes I want because sometimes its not available for my size and sometimes those clothes makes me look more fat so I just wanted to get rid of it therefore I make some decisions and choices so I just want to share my journey towards my weight loss so there are some tips.1. Cut down Carbohydrates intakes- carbohydrates are the primary source of energy and also if it is in excess it will turn eventually in fat which collected around our belly and other part of your body so cut it and bring it to approximately 300 Grams or if you want to take it more in case you cant resist or control on intake its better to take in the early morning after that you have to control if you want to lose weight.Sources you avoid or take in limits are like breads, junk food etc.2. Increase protein intake - proteins are hard to digest so for that our body needs more energy so increasing protein in your diet can burn more calories.Protein sources- eggs, panneer, lintels, chicken breast etc.3. Exercise daily for speeding your weight loss journey4. Eat raw veggies, especially grean veggies.5. Drink plenty of water6. Maintain a calorie count it means burn more calories than you take its a golden rule for weight loss.7. Cardio is not effective alone you should do weight training as well.8. Be consistent towards your goals its the only way to get success.9. Avoid sugar completely.10. Drink green tea daily.So this is some tips for weight loss it will definitely help you for sure just stick to it.
