In todays world environment we see that pollution is everywhere so to resist it we have to make our body healthy.Here are some tips for it.Do jogging regularly.Join gym and do some workout.Have a proper and healthy diet.


Do exercises regularly.Do meditation to calm your mind.Try to reduce stress.Also do some mind exercises.
