Hey I am hunny I wnt to share some most important and effective thing for weigth lose. I have used it personal and using at present for reducing my weigth. when I was started this methods for my weigth lossing. I have seen my weigh decrease little bit in two weeks I have a record was 99 kg. the reason for increase in weigth was not due to proper eating and excessive eating habit. oily and unhealthy deit but, it was becaue of intake of some otside food and junk food. it led me to become more fatty and obese ( grade 3) . I had a big belly and look very ugly and uncle type person. the doctor had diagnosed me as pre - diabetic. I applying the method that I am share with off of you. that help me ruduce 14 kg of fat from my body and now my weigth is 85 kgs. I am not here any accordance of BMI so my weigth should be around 80 kgs. I througth to share my tips with you so that you can all became a slip person. so the tips are In a early drink a mixture of lemon and honey in lukeworm water at empty stomach. eat high and good source of protien diet include with the complex carbs. please only one meal in a day that is the breakfast. replace your afternoon meal with oranger juice or protien shake. mostly I protien shake which energy to do work hole day. Replace your dinner with a healthy oats with 5 hole eggs and any fruits juice please No artificial juice please. Drink green tea pleae do not add suger on it. and sugerfree product ( have at least 3-4 time in a day ) if u wish u can add honey and jaggery instead of it. please please get rid of junk food, fried foods food from hotel etc as they are use a lots of oils. these oils have unhealthy fats and trans fat in them. use pure coconut oil in preventing your meal at home they have healthy fats in them and replace the bad fat promoting weight loss. exercise daily or at least 4 days in a week for 20-30 mint. take a good sleep at least 7-8 hours in day. These tips are highly beneficial and effective in getting you the desire if you now follow and pratice it regularly.
