Guys today l am sharing tips on health and fitness which usually l am following and it is going very good for me.
.Friends firstly you have to understand that it is very easy.Secondly you have to make a timetable which includes exercise and yoga then follow it regularly.l am giving some tips that what exercises and yoga you should do.
.Firstly you have to do Surya namskar which warm up your body then a small JOGGING , little exercise on your whole body from head to feet and atlast Stretching.After some time You have to do MEDITATION only for 5 minutes for mind.as mind controls body ( we doing for body but not for mind in which body is there)
This all incresases your strength, flexibility, agility , endurance and stamina.and ofcourse happiness
This is a totally genuine tips on health which l am following an l am getting very good results.l feel like awesome when l am doing this.This is a permanent method and no one challenge that.lt does not includes any temporarely method like belt, dieting etc.
