Being newly moved to Bangalore, I was so worried about my newly bought flat in Mantri and its decor. I tried googling, JustDial, newspapers and called many reputed interior people, interior contractors and got many quotations too.
One thing I didn’t understand is like almost all of them gave approximately same quotation. 1600, 1700 /sqft kind of. Felt to cancel the plan for a while till I get any nice quote.
Then one day this guy named Bhaskar called me saying my uncle gave him my number referring my home decoration. I called him home, he took measurements and sent quote a day later, I was surprised to see the quote which was not even 1200/sqft.
Doubting his professionalism, I told him I would like to see his home decor samples in person. Later went to Maratahalli where one of his work was going on. It was impressive, nice finishing, good materials and hardware’s. He explained me almost everything about his work process and made me to meet his client(flat owner) too. After getting positive feedback from the couple, I decided to go with him. Trust me, he is doing a nice job. He is passionate about his work and have lots of ideas in his profession. Once in two days I am getting work completion pictures through whats app. He asks me everything before taking decision. His work is awesome. He is having so many workers under him and is extremely down to earth person.
I am extremely happy with my decision and will surely refer him to my friends too. I am writing this review to inform you that there is vast amount of profit making is going on in interior field and please try to know how much you are paying for what kind of quality and finishing. Imagine saving 400/sqft means I saved more than 1 lakh in my home decor. It will be a thanksgiving to him from my end.
